Musculoskeletal Service (MSK) – Physiotherapy

When you call the MSK service a member of the team will take your details and make an appointment for you for a telephone review with an advanced physiotherapy practitioner. The advanced practitioner will then call you back at convenient time for you, assess you over the phone and offer advice. All you have to do to access this service is to phone Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 11:30.

Musculoskeletal (MSK) Helpline

The helpline is operated by the Musculoskeletal Advice and Triage Service (MATS) and is provided by fully trained call operators, nurses and physiotherapists. This service can help by: finding out if you need to see a doctor, providing key information and advice to help with your problem, referring you to a physiotherapist or podiatrist if you need it.
